I decided to become a life coach after dedicating the first part of my life to working with children. I have experienced the burnout and heaviness of an unbalanced life. Now, I strive to live each day in the present, while continuing to build on small habit changes that are creating a happy and balanced life.
Our journey begins with that first step! During the FREE initial hour long Breakthrough Session, we will uncover what is stopping you, or slowing you down from becoming the best version of your true self. Once we have established that we work well together, we will embark on a 12 week, personalized journey! Your program will be curated e
Our journey begins with that first step! During the FREE initial hour long Breakthrough Session, we will uncover what is stopping you, or slowing you down from becoming the best version of your true self. Once we have established that we work well together, we will embark on a 12 week, personalized journey! Your program will be curated especially for your wants, needs, and desires. We will meet in-person, online, or on a phone call once a week for 60-90 minutes. Each week you will be heard, supported and encouraged. You will learn new information, do an experimental exercise or two related to your goal, and leave the session with action steps to work on until our next session.

I use traditional coaching strategies that are intertwined with creative artistic projects. These are specifically designed to enhance each session. You get to discover your inner creative self by guided direction. The art piece is meant to encourage mindfulness and intention.

I use traditional coaching strategies that are intertwined with creative artistic projects. These are specifically designed to enhance each session. You get to discover your inner creative self by guided direction. The art piece is meant to encourage mindfulness and intention.
One should not worry about having an artistic background to gain the benefits of opening their creative side. The projects that are offered in the program are optional and meant to encourage mindful intention around original client goals.
